Returns & Exchanges

• Timeframe: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We do not offer any cash refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. All you need to do is to send the products, via traceable courier company that provides tracking number and proof such as TCS/M&P or Leopards, etc, with the original receipt, original tags attached/uncut and packing material at our address.

2. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
